This course provides a foundational understanding of healthcare quality management. Topics include quality assurance (QA), continuous quality improvement (CQI), benchmarking, the Donabedian model, and the use of root cause analysis (RCA) for identifying quality gaps. Learners will also explore the integration of performance metrics into ongoing quality initiatives.

Participants should have a basic understanding of Healthcare Quality Management Integration. Familiarity with fundamental concepts in Healthcare Quality Management Integration is beneficial but not required.
