Courses & CEUs
Do courses issue CEUs and certificates?

Yes. Eligible courses award CEUs and a downloadable certificate once you complete required assessments and evaluations.

How are CEUs calculated?

We follow the standard definition: 1 CEU = 10 contact hours of organized continuing education. Each course lists its CEU value.

Are your courses IACET aligned?

Yes. Our CEU processes align with IACET 2018 standards for needs analysis, learning outcomes, assessment, evaluation, and records.

Where do I download my certificate?

Go to Profile → Achievements. Certificates remain available for download and verification.

Can I transfer CEUs to my licensing board?

In most cases, yes—submit your certificate and course details. Always confirm your board’s specific requirements.

What assessments are required to earn CEUs?

Typically module quizzes, a final knowledge check, and a course evaluation. Minimum passing scores are shown in each course.

Can I retake a course to earn more CEUs?

You can retake content anytime for learning reinforcement; CEUs are awarded once per course per renewal cycle.

How do I track progress across multiple pathways?

Your dashboard consolidates progress. Shared modules count once and apply across pathways automatically.

What’s the difference between CEU and CPD?

CEU is a standardized credit unit (1 CEU = 10 contact hours) commonly used in formal continuing education and often recognized across providers. CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is a broader framework for ongoing learning—covering formal education (like CEUs) plus informal learning, conferences, mentoring, and practice-based activities. In short: CEUs are a measurable credit; CPD is the holistic portfolio that may include CEUs.

Can my employer verify my CEUs?

Yes. We can issue verification letters, and enterprise clients may verify via admin dashboards.

Technical Support

Reset your password and make sure you’re using the correct email. If your org uses SSO, sign in through your corporate portal first.

My video won’t play or buffers a lot.

Test your connection (10+ Mbps), try a private window, and check VPN/firewall restrictions. If needed, send us a screenshot of any error.

Which browsers are supported?

The latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are supported. Keep your browser updated for best results.

Is there a mobile app?

We don’t have a standalone app, but the site is optimized for mobile browsers and supports full course functionality.

How do I enable closed captions?

Use the “CC” button on the video player. Most core modules include English captions.

Quizzes aren’t loading—how can I fix this?

Enable pop-ups/cookies, disable strict tracking prevention, and try another browser. Clear cache if the issue persists.

Videos stream only, but handouts and worksheets are downloadable PDFs for offline study.

In your browser settings, clear cached images/files and cookies, then restart the browser before retrying.

Policies & Compliance
How do you protect my data?

We use encryption in transit/at rest, role-based access, least-privilege controls, and periodic audits.

Where can I read the Terms of Use?

Visit /terms.html for usage terms and learner responsibilities.

What is your privacy policy?

See /privacy.html for details on what we collect, why, and how long we retain it.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

When training involves PHI, we apply HIPAA safeguards and BAAs as required. Most learning content uses de-identified examples.

Do you share learner data with third parties?

We do not sell learner data. Limited sharing may occur with your consent, for enterprise reporting, or when required by law.

How long do you keep my data?

We retain records for regulatory and accreditation purposes, then delete or anonymize per our data retention schedule.

Do you comply with GDPR and CCPA?

Yes. We support access, correction, export, and deletion requests according to applicable laws.

Can I request deletion of my account?

Yes—submit a request via /privacy.html or contact support. Note that compliance records may be retained where legally required.

How do you handle plagiarism or cheating?

We enforce an academic integrity policy. Violations may result in revoked certificates or account suspension.

What happens if I violate the Terms of Use?

We may limit access, suspend your account, or terminate services depending on severity, per our Terms.

Partners & Institutions
How does single sign-on (SSO) work?

We support SAML 2.0 and OIDC with major identity providers (Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, Okta, Google, Ping, etc.). You can enable just-in-time provisioning, enforce MFA at your IdP, and optionally add SCIM for automated user de-/re-provisioning and role sync. We provide a metadata file (or client/secret for OIDC) and test in a staging tenant before go-live.

Do you offer organization accounts and LMS integrations?

Yes. Organization accounts include cohort enrollment, admin controls, and reporting. For LMS integrations, we can deliver content via SCORM/xAPI packages, LTI launch, or SSO + roster sync—whichever best fits your stack and compliance needs.

Can we bulk purchase seats?

Absolutely. Volume discounts start at 25 seats and scale with usage. We support voucher codes, cohort auto-enrollment links, and seat transfer rules (e.g., reclaim after inactivity or role change) subject to your contract.

Do you provide admin dashboards for institutions?

Yes. Admins can track enrollments, progress, CEUs, time-on-task, assessment scores, and evaluation completion. Dashboards include filters (date, cohort, pathway), CSV/Excel export, and audit logs for compliance reviews.

Can we brand the courses with our logo?

Co-branding options include portal theming (logo, colors), certificate branding (co-issued certificates), and templated email branding. Custom domains and deeper visual customization are available on enterprise plans.

Do you provide reporting for compliance audits?

Yes. We provide completion and CEU reports, assessment performance, evaluation summaries, attendance/time-on-task, and user activity audit logs. Reports can be scheduled or exported for audit packages and regulatory submissions.

How do you handle data sharing in partnerships?

We follow a data minimization approach governed by a Data Processing Agreement. Data is encrypted in transit/at rest, shared only for stated purposes (e.g., cohort reporting), and retained per contract and law. Optional fields (e.g., demographics) are opt-in, and FERPA/HIPAA contexts can be supported where applicable.

Can we integrate SCORM/xAPI packages into our LMS?

Yes. We provide SCORM 1.2/2004 packages or xAPI modules. For xAPI, we can send statements to your LRS or ours. If you prefer tool-provider launch, we also support LTI 1.3 for grade passback and roster sync.

Do you offer enterprise pricing or pilots?

We offer tiered enterprise pricing (by seats, content scope, and integrations) and short pilots (typically 30–90 days) to validate fit, workflows, and reporting before a wider rollout.

How do we become a Coral Plus partner?
