This Course introduces principles of quality assurance (QA), continuous quality improvement (CQI), benchmarking, root cause analysis, and performance metrics in healthcare quality management.
By the end of this course the learner will be able to define QA, describe CQI methods, explain the Donabedian Model, apply benchmarking, use root cause analysis, and discuss the role of performance metrics in quality improvement.
Learners will be able to apply QA and CQI frameworks, evaluate performance using benchmarking and metrics, and propose corrective actions using RCA for healthcare improvement.
