This course provides a foundational understanding of project governance within the healthcare sector. Students will examine governance structures that support accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making in healthcare project management. The course explores how governance frameworks integrate into healthcare organizations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote patient safety, optimize resource allocation, and align projects with strategic goals.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
