Describe and demonstrate the use of AES encryption to secure healthcare data in transit and at rest. Analyze and compare the effectiveness of encryption and masking techniques in mitigating breaches. Evaluate data protection frameworks to develop security policies that comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO standards.
