CORAL PLUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Coral Plus(Coral+) is owned and operated by the Coral Med Management Institute Inc (Coral MED). Coral+ offers content through Coral MED (“Website”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps, and other products and services (“Services”) as a user (“Learner”). As some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that these Terms will apply to such updates. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions, requests for information, or complaints. By clicking “I accept” (or for those who have not yet created an account, by using our Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms.

By accessing and using our Services, you consent to these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by its terms. These Terms may change from time to time. CONTENT OFFERINGS:

CORAL+ offers courses and content (“Content”) from CORAL MED consultants, staff, and other providers (“Content Providers”). While we seek to provide excellent Content Offerings from our Content Providers, unexpected events do occur. CORAL MED reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content Offerings, or change the point value or weight assignment, quiz, or other assessment, solely, or in accordance with Content Provider instructions. Content Offerings are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability section below.

Neither CORAL MED nor any of its funding partners, affiliates, or sponsors are responsible for the endorsement of any course, nor for course content, which is entirely the responsibility of the course providers. We encourage you to carefully review all content descriptions in making your own decisions about the quality and suitability of courses or other content for your learning needs.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop part of our Services altogether. Accordingly, Coral Plus may terminate your use of any Services for any reason. None of Coral Plus, its Content Providers and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents (the “Coral Plus Parties”) shall have liability to you for any such action. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.

PRIVACY POLICY:

CORAL MED is committed to maintaining your privacy and protecting your personal information when you visit Coral Plus website, use CORAL MED’s mobile applications, or receive public health information from CORAL MED. With respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (PII), CORAL MED complies with all applicable federal laws. Per our privacy policy:

Your personally identifiable information (PII) will not be collected when you visit the Coral Plus site, unless you choose to provide that information to us.
Any PII that you use to provide is fully protected.
Non-PII information related to your visit to our website may be automatically collected and temporarily stored.

Coral Plus pages and other CORAL MED digital media platforms may link to websites created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations and individuals. When you follow a link to an external site, you are leaving Coral Plus and are subject to the external site’s privacy and security policies. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of information contained on an external site. We also do not endorse the site’s sponsors, any views they express, or any products or services they offer.

Your activity on third-party sites is governed by the third-party website’s security and privacy policies. Please contact the third-party site’s Privacy Office if you have any questions or need further information.

CORAL MED AND THE CORAL PLUS PARTIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. CORAL MED AND THE CORAL PLUS PARTIES FURTHER DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY RELATED CONTENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR SUCH CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORAL MED/CORAL PLUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE APPLICABLE CORAL PLUS PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE DISCLAIMERS AND THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS TERMS OF USE REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND CORAL PLUS, AND THAT THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS TO CORAL MED’S ABILITY TO MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN ECONOMICALLY FEASIBLE BASIS.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT:

Through the Services, you may have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third partis. CORAL MED cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of materials you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that my harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. CORAL MED disclaims any responsibility, or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, such third-party content.

LEARNER RIGHTS AND RESPONSBILITIES:

Our mission is to provide access to the Content. We strongly believe in preserving free speech and expression for Learners as well as Content Providers of our Services. We also want to make sure that all of our Learners and Content Providers feel safe and comfortable while using our Services. We have drafted this policy to ensure that people understand and follow the rules when participating in our online community and otherwise using our Services.

We may remove or edit inappropriate content or activity identified by or reported to us. We may separately suspend, disable, or terminate a Learner’s access to all or part of the Services.

You are prohibited from:

Using our Services to share content that contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities.
Using our Services to share content that contains credible threats or organizes acts of real-world violence. We don’t allow content that creates a genuine risk of physical injury or property damage, credibly threatens people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm.
Using our Services to share content that harasses others. We encourage commentary about people and matters of public interest, but abusive or otherwise inappropriate content directed at private individuals is not allowed.
Using our Services to share content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Do not share content that you do not have the right to share, claim content that you did not create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate someone else's intellectual property or other rights. Always attribute material used or quoted by you to the original copyright owner.
Using any content, data, or text in any form in the Services for text or data mining purposes, or developing or training any application, software, code, or data models including, but limited to, generative artificial intelligence or other artificial intelligence and machine learning models irrespective of the purpose whether commercial or non-commercial.
Using our Services to share content that spam others. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate information, advertising, promotional, or solicitation content.
Without prior written consent from CORAL MED, visiting or using our Services for any form of content, data, or text scraping (including but not limited to screen scraping, web harvesting, or web data extracting) through manual, mechanical, or automated means including by the use of bots or other similar software.
Using our Services in any way that otherwise violates the CORAL MED Terms of Use.

CORAL MED reserves the right to change, at any time, these terms and conditions, and the information contained herein.

By registering as a user and/or by using the Coral Plus services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted Coral Plus’s General Policies and Liability Terms, Confidentiality Statement, and Learner Rights and Responsibilities.
