As healthcare rapidly embraces digital technologies, laboratory professionals must also develop the digital competencies necessary to manage their professional growth effectively.
This introductory webinar equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to begin a successful CPD journey in a digital learning environment. Participants will learn how to navigate online learning platforms, build a professional digital profile, maintain digital learning records, understand competency-based learning pathways, and create a personalized CPD development plan aligned with KMLTTB requirements and future career goals.
The session also introduces Coral MED's digital learning ecosystem and demonstrates how laboratory professionals can use technology to support lifelong learning, competency development, and career progression.

A microphone and webcam may be required for interactive sessions. Please test your audio and video settings in advance. 6. The webinar may be recorded for educational purposes. 7.
